Steel, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Gaining an understanding of the client's needs and requirements, communicating them and the quality standards to the production teams.
∎ Overseeing product development procedures to identify any deviations from quality standards.
∎ Recommend improvement measures to the production process to ensure quality control standards are met.
∎ Improve productivity and reduce cost.
∎ Lead the Steel Melting shop for Production.
∎ Effective planning and process adaptions to reduce per ton cost of steel.
∎ Overall monitor Steel Melting performance on Daily basis.
∎ Provide solutions for production process-related problems and critical situations.
∎ Ensure the requirements for raw materials from suppliers and monitor overall supplier and factory compliance.
∎ Provide technical training and guidance to production, QC and other teams.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 42 years
