Job Responsibilities:
∎ Guiding quality and business team with thorough knowledge about all processes of gmt manuf.
∎ Develop a quality SOP in detail, good in forecasting, anticipating, analytical ability, Risk assessment capability.
∎ Hands on experience in handling needle work at ground level, controlling them with a team comprises of controllers & auditors.
∎ Experience in handling laboratory chemical & diff. testing parameters for quality assurance in washing plant.
∎ Well verse with Quality Management System (QMS).
∎ Problem solving ability, optimistic to change systems, 'Street Smart' in decision making.
∎ Good analytical ability with technical solution.
∎ Lead & facilitate Quality knowledge enhancement trainings for teams.
∎ Review daily, weekly , monthly quality reports as per management & customer demand.
∎ Take corrective action plan as per business requirement.
∎ Ensure updated certification for required quality system.
