- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
- Master of Science (MSc) in Civil Engineering
Master’s/Bachelor’s in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Professional certifications such as CIPS / CSCP will be an added advantage.

Skills Required: Additional Requirements: Minimum 7–10 years of experience in purchase and procurement, preferably in the real estate, housing, or construction industry.
Proven ability to handle large-scale procurement for land development and building projects.
Age: 30–45 years (flexible for highly experienced candidates).
Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Computer literacy (MS Office, ERP, and procurement software).
Responsibilities & Context: Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and oversee the company’s procurement strategies for construction materials, land development items, utilities, and office supplies.
- Negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure cost-effective and quality purchases.
- Prepare and manage purchase orders, contracts, and agreements in compliance with company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely supply of goods and services for ongoing Real Estate Housing projects.
- Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant procurement laws, rules, and internal audit requirements.
- Work closely with the Office Management, Project, Engineering, and Accounts departments to align procurement needs with project timelines.
- Regularly prepare and submit procurement status reports to management.
Job Location:
- Head Office or Project Office
- Frequent visits to project sites as required.
