Education:
    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
    • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
    • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
    • Master of Science (MSc) in Civil Engineering
  • Master’s/Bachelor’s in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or related field.

  • Professional certifications such as CIPS / CSCP will be an added advantage.

  • Age 30 to 45 years
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in purchase and procurement, preferably in the real estate, housing, or construction industry.

  • Proven ability to handle large-scale procurement for land development and building projects.

  • Age: 30–45 years (flexible for highly experienced candidates).

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Computer literacy (MS Office, ERP, and procurement software).



Responsibilities & Context:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and oversee the company’s procurement strategies for construction materials, land development items, utilities, and office supplies.
  • Negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure cost-effective and quality purchases.
  • Prepare and manage purchase orders, contracts, and agreements in compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely supply of goods and services for ongoing Real Estate Housing projects.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant procurement laws, rules, and internal audit requirements.
  • Work closely with the Office Management, Project, Engineering, and Accounts departments to align procurement needs with project timelines.
  • Regularly prepare and submit procurement status reports to management.

Job Location:

  • Head Office or Project Office
  • Frequent visits to project sites as required.
