Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA degree in business administration or a related field.

∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Purchase Department
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for purchase and procurement from local & foreign sourcing according to company's policies & requirements.
∎ Purchase Garments accessories, Chemicals, sewing, washing Machine and its spare parts by locally or abroad. Developing and implementing purchasing strategies.
∎ Managing daily purchasing activities, supervising staff, and allocating tasks.
∎ Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines, etc.
∎ Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications.
∎ Preparing cost estimates and managing budgets.
∎ Purchase maintenance & utility items as & when required.
∎ Assist in preparation & verification of purchase deed work orders.
∎ Act as senior point of contact for purchase and procurement activities, including owning, maintaining and updating the purchase and procurement schedules and Status Report.
∎ Develop, own and maintain a supply chain network, ensure suppliers are accredited on to the Supplier database and are aligned with the company's Ethics & Code of Conduct.
∎ Develop and successfully running of the purchase and procurement Project Team, including personnel, planning, approvals, policies, procedures, compliance and reporting.
∎ Coordinate and maintain effective communication with all suppliers for delivering the incoming goods.
∎ Create time and action plan for all order and follow-up regularly.
∎ Follow up prices, specifications & delivery dates to determine the best bid price among potential supplies.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by management from time to time

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience as a Purchasing Manager or in a similar position.
∎ Deep knowledge of inventory and supply chain management.
∎ Supervisory and management experience.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.
∎ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
∎ Strong critical thinking and negotiation skills.
∎ Strong planning and organizational skills.
∎ Ability to work independently
