∎ B.Sc Engineering in Mechanical/ Naval Architecture
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure ship construction on time as per class quality
∎ Supervise the production process by following the weekly production plans
∎ Develop and guide a production team by training and mentoring to achieve quality and target
∎ Manage the movement of raw materials into and out of production facilities
∎ Develop and Implement best practices in production method
∎ Ensure health and safety measures of all employees and visitors inside the premises
∎ Maintain liaison with the key stakeholders to ensure proper delivery on time
∎ Contribute in Selecting, ordering and purchasing materials
∎ Conduct daily operational meetings with the production team and other cross functional unit
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in shipbuilding industry
∎ Knowledge of shipbuilding, Commissioning, Ship Architecture, safety and people management
∎ Ability to apply continuous improvement strategies across all functions
∎ Ability to introduce the need for change, create excitement for change and lead change initiatives
∎ Strong communication skills
∎ Ability to work in a cross-functional team
∎ Analytical and creative thinking skills
∎ Business acumen and problem-solving capabilities
