Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand while maximizing resource utilization.
∎ Collaborate with various departments, including production, procurement, and quality control, to ensure seamless operations.
∎ Monitor production schedules and adjust them as needed to meet delivery deadlines.
∎ Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production planning.
∎ Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement.
∎ Lead a team of production planners and coordinate their activities.
