Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Incumbent will be responsible for making effective monthly Production Planning of the Collected/received orders in consultation & coordination with Merchandising, IE, Production, PPO China and other related departments of the company. Have to always maintain effective production plan by taking consideration of excellent standard efficiency level.
∎ Responsible for effective Production planning and efficient implementation.
∎ Order status monitoring & regular schedule meeting with merchandising for order planning.
∎ Ensure the accurate & optimal capacity planning, while ensuring cost reduction & increased profitability
∎ Manage production planning staff and scheduling of raw material to meet production schedules
∎ Always be updated on production status whether it is meeting the production plan or not, if not then make a route cause analysis and give quick solution for a smooth operation.
∎ Attending loading meetings, identifying, verifying and clarifying all planning and loading related problems and subsequently informing the relevant departments and taking measures to apply the best solutions.
∎ Close relationship with operational teams to ensure on time delivery of products & optimal utilization of equipment & manpower.
∎ Reviewing production plan with capacity & strength along with ensuring timely shipment target.
∎ Analyze and evaluation of production plans and present operational performances.
∎ Any Others tasks assigned by the management from time to time.

∎ Must be an expert on Production Management.
∎ Have to be good in Excel and report making.
∎ Good written & verbal communication skill in both Bengali & English.
∎ Work in Managerial Position for 3 Years will get preference.
