Job Responsibilities:
∎ Daily & Weekly Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor and maintenance facility Detection (CFDS) (MCP Fault, Smoke Detector Fault, Module Fault, Battery Fault , Earth Fault, Input & Output modules fault, Exhaust Fan controlling system) system Activities.
∎ Monitor and maintenance facility protection Hydrant & Sprinklers system (Zone control Valve, standpipe, Pressure in pressure Gauge, activities.
∎ Monitor and maintenance facility Fire pump system (Sensor condition & leakage in sensor, Electrical panel & Diesel panel pressure and settings) activities.
∎ Monitor and maintenance fire doors (Push Bur, Panic Bur, Door Lock, Magnetic Door Holder, Door Closer) .
∎ Add, replace detector & modules.
∎ Detection software up gradation, addressing & Settings.
∎ Identify and rectify Fire & electrical findings.
∎ Monthly Responsibilities:
∎ Diesel pump, electric pump, jokey pumps automation.
∎ Fire door push bar, door lock, panics bar magnetic door holder repair & replace.
∎ CFDS, electric pump, diesel pump, jokey pump synchronization.
∎ Update Legal documents for tracker report.
∎ Prepare necessary documents and reports for the Social /SCS / EMS audits.
∎ Collect and Prepare Corrective action plan (CAP’s) evidence as per schedule.
∎ Conduct the monthly Orientation/FSCD Internal & external Training.
∎ Update the training record and status.
∎ Update facilities compliance checklists (Fire safety Part)
∎ Other than the above-mentioned duties all other duties assigned by the Management.
∎ Alliance Related Job: (Daily, Weekly & Monthly)
∎ Accord/RSC Fire CAP implementation sustainability works.
∎ Rectify and resolve the Fire safety issues as per requirements.
∎ Maintain and update the fire checklist as per Accord/RSC standard.
