Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Coordinate with various departments including sales, procurement, quality assurance, maintenance, and logistics to ensure smooth operations.
∎ Maintaining quality standards while meeting production targets.
∎ Monitoring manufacturing expenses and applying cost-cutting solutions
∎ Oversee day-to-day operations within the manufacturing facility, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
∎ Working with cross-functional teams to improve processes.
∎ Managing production schedules and resource allocation
∎ Coordinate with production teams to optimize manufacturing processes and meet production targets.
∎ Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials and supplies.
∎ Analyze production data and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and implement process enhancements.
∎ Sound knowledge of Food Manufacturing machines to ensure quality production.
∎ To keep close eyes in order to attain acceptable production limits and to ensure the implementation of the production schedule.
∎ To follow up the production schedule to keep the supply chain at an optimum level.
∎ Strategize and plan the sales process management, forecasting, pricing, key account management, expenses, profitability, new product development, market research, and brand strategy.
∎ Wastage control at raw material, finished goods stage, purchase & Inventory Management.
∎ Based on sales/export orders, he should plan for finished production/stock which should match, so that - there is no over production and a huge stockpile does not occur.
∎ Prepare reports and presentations on operational performance for management review.
∎ Ensuring a safe working environment by implementing safety protocols.
∎ Analyzing production data to discover improvement opportunities.
