∎ Master's in any discipline (Science background Preferable)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Offset printing and packaging
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor overall production plan and achieve targeted production of offset printing packaging
∎ Ensure smooth operation of production process e.g. roll to sheet cutting, printing, polar cutting, UV Coating, lamination, dye making, dye cutting, Creasing and Embossing, foil stamping, window patch, folding and gluing.
∎ Maintain the efficiency of machine and manpower to ensure optimum utilization of production capacity
∎ Take order schedule from marketing department through discussion and plan as per demand
∎ Analyze data including production, productivity, quality and take corrective action if necessary
∎ Raise requisition of raw materials, various chemicals & paints for producing & printing of offset packaging
∎ Ensure standard of production and take preventive measures if necessary
∎ Prepare daily & monthly production report of offset packaging products
∎ Serve as a role model in promotion of safety awareness throughout the factory, promptly address safety concerns and perform safety inspections

∎ Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems
∎ Ability of hazard identification
∎ Sound Knowledge about production Machines
