• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Must be Skilled in MS office applications
• Proactive and Positive attitude
• Production Management (Dyeing & Finishing)
• Strong leadership and team management skill

• Manage production requirements from planning to finishing as per manufacturing lead time.

• Capable of working with software-based production processes.

• Sound knowledge of the coloration process and spectrophotometer operation.

• Capable of maintaining the database and proper output from it.

• Ensure lab to bulk reproducibility at least 90%.

• Monitor production output as per production plan & capacity to fulfill marketing requirements.

• Capable of handling at least 120 personnel at different levels in his department.

• Manage the line setup on a shift basis as per the production schedule and machine-wise output with the best combination of manpower & machine.

• Monitor in-line efficiency and productivity of machines in coordination with the maintenance team and employees by showing them advanced job techniques, on job training.

• Control lead time against each step of the process and ensure KPI achievement.

• Working experience with Spectro /Auto lab dispensing & dyeing m/c.

Basic Salary - USD 1800, House Rent - USD 215, Conveyance - USD 50, Medical Allowance - USD 50
