Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering with proven track record in Floating Fish Feed Production.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare production plan and ensure production as planned.
∎ Oversee the production process, drawing up a production schedule.
∎ Ensure the production is cost effective.
∎ Make sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality as market demand.
∎ Estimate costs and set the quality standards.
∎ Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed.
∎ Make continuous efforts to reduce wastage and cost cutting in every sector at factory.
∎ Solve all trouble during the critical situation in production.
∎ Prepare engineering analysis of the project included: Preliminary design, calculation, life cycle of machineries, cost of maintenance & equipment including manpower cost in mechanical & electrical division.
∎ Ensure all machine are running smoothly for smooth production.
∎ Prepare maintenance schedule and ensure schedule-wise maintenance.
∎ Prepare all kinds of report (breakdown, shutdown, maintenance etc.).
∎ Monitor Electrical, Mechanical & Electronic work during the production.
∎ Make liaisons among different departments and reporting to authorities
∎ Carry out any other job assigned by the Management.
