Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering with proven track record in Feed Mill operation.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Feed production
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall production and quality assurance of the products (poultry, cattle and fish feed).
∎ Ensure the products are of high quality as per established quality target.
∎ Ensure accountability of Raw Materials, spare parts, packaging materials and other stores.
∎ Ensure plant safety procedures are followed strictly.
∎ Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results.
∎ Smooth flow of production, customer satisfaction and on time delivery.
∎ Manpower management is expected.
∎ Address employees' issues and take necessary actions where applicable.
∎ Stay up to date with the latest production management best practices and concepts.
∎ Manage all equipment with preventative maintenance activities required at a certain interval.
∎ Prepare & implement monthly & yearly production plan and budget.
∎ Prepare all kinds of report (breakdown, shutdown, maintenance etc.).
∎ Make liaisons among different departments and reporting to authorities
∎ Monitor Electrical, Mechanical & Electronic work during the production.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have experience on factory erection and commissioning.
∎ Having vast knowledge in Feed mill operation.
∎ Strong understanding of feed production and measures of performance.
∎ Thorough knowledge of feed industry.
∎ Excellent organizational and leadership skills
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
∎ Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Salary:
