Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/Masters Degree in Statistics or Commerce Background from any reputed public or private University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receiving Customer Daily Feed Requirements from sales force.
∎ After Confirmation of Available Stock in Feed Mill and Depots in Different Location create Delivery Orders both in excel sheet & ERP software.
∎ Confirming Agent payment messages from banks.
∎ After Verifying Agents Approved Credit Limit & current balance position along with its sales & payment trends, giving feed delivery clearance messages (SMS) to Feed Mill and Depots along with email.
∎ Ensuring delivery of quality products.
∎ Making Daily TT collection Report and post it to Agent's ledger in both excels sheet & ERP software.
∎ Reconciliation of daily TT collection reports both Agents & Bank wise.
∎ Prepare Daily Feed Delivery Report.
∎ Prepare Daily Sales vs. Collection and Target vs. Achievement Reports (Region, Officer & territory wise).
∎ Prepare Daily TT collection, Unconfirmed payment in bank statement, Agents full Ledger update, Graph with previous month's sales comparison, Item wise Sales Statement, Sales vs. Collection, Target vs. Achievement Reports and send to the management.
∎ Cross Checking Agent's ledger on monthly basis.
∎ Prepare monthly Agent's Sales Commission reports & Carriage deposits Reports.
∎ Prepare monthly reports of Feed sales statement, inactive agent summary with contact details, top agents, various category wise agents Report etc.
∎ Provide assistance and support to internal audit as and when required.
∎ Processing and analyzing raw data into reports for Management & Marketing Field Force as and when required.
∎ Forwarding Management decisions to responsible officers and agents.
∎ Assisting the finance department.
∎ Perform necessary activities which are designed & required by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in relevant industry is preferred.
∎ Sound knowledge on monitoring and its techniques.
∎ In-depth computer skills in MS Excel and MS Word.
∎ Must be able to work under pressure.
∎ Excellent analytical ability and able to perform assigned tasks independently.
