∎ Bachelor/Masters Degree in discipline from any reputed public or private University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ National sales coordination.
∎ Target vs Sales vs Credit monitoring and analysis.
∎ Nationwide agent analysis.
∎ Potential big agent identification.
∎ Sales performance monitoring.
∎ Market analysis.
∎ Monitoring of Advance Tour Plan of sales force.
∎ Check and monitor TA-DA bills of sales force.
∎ Handling GPS tracking of sales force.
∎ Arrange meeting with sales force, prepare minutes and follow up accordingly.
∎ Preparation of presentation slides for the management and present in the meeting.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in relevant industry is preferred.
∎ Sound knowledge on monitoring and its techniques.
∎ In-depth computer skills in MS Office especially in MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
∎ Must be able to work under pressure.
∎ Excellent analytical ability and able to perform assigned tasks independently.
