Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc / Diploma in Food Engineering, Food Technology.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To plan and execute production process to ensure daily production output and product quality as per the demand & forecast
∎ To plan and coordinate overall production in order to ensure maximum efficiency
∎ To make decisions about production process including optimum use of machine, manpower & materials to meet production targets through maintaining high efficiency
∎ To maintain communication within cross functional departments for ensuring production in a timely manner.
∎ To follow and administer Quality Policies and Procedures including food safety, HAACP, POGS, traceability, and production hold investigations.
∎ To lead the team to perform the standard operating procedures for start-up, shut-down, and clean-up on the various equipment on the line.
∎ To ensure employee safety and maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the factory area.
∎ To support operators for troubleshooting equipment if an error is encountered.
∎ To ensure OSHA regulations are fully complied with the line of production.
∎ To ensure the usage of personal protective equipment, fall protection, forklift and hazard communication requirements.
∎ To work on cost reduction process, inclusion of saving of cost of raw material, alter different chemicals to enhance process efficiency and cost reduction.
∎ To lead the team in the implementation of tools and systems of Integrated Lean production method
∎ To lead the team for implementing practice of Six Sigma on the production line including 5S, safety maps, identification of equipment defects
∎ To ensure waste water treatment in ETP according to quality standard of DOE of Bangladesh Government.
∎ To oversee /assist Quality Assurance department.

∎ Practical knowledge on ISO, HACCP, GMP etc.
