Production/ Operation Management, Team management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make raw material planning as per market demand.
∎ Generate product ideas, and develop mold & packaging.
∎ Search the source of machines & bring automation to the production line.
∎ Monitor the utilization of machine capacity.
∎ Apply six sigma to improve productivity & quality.
∎ Reduce manpower costs by modifying machines and adding new features of machines.
∎ Manage product planning & distribution and develop suppliers.
∎ Gain a deep understanding of customer expectations, identify and ?ll product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share.
∎ Manage concept of design, sample production, testing, forecast, mass production, cost management & ?nally product life cycle.
∎ Monitor the market and develop competitive analyses.
∎ Create, maintain, and adjust the product-line level strategy and production schedules.
∎ Gather customer feedback to further improve the product.
∎ Coordinate with respective teams regarding product launch.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have Knowledge of ball pen & stationary-related products.
∎ Must have knowledge about Microsoft Office & Auto cad design
∎ Must know production process on injection, extrusion, ink filling & chamfering machines.
∎ Responsible for managing and implementing marketing activities through research, strategic planning, and implementation.
