Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Mechanical (ME), Electrical (EEE) Engineering/ Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production/ Operation Management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor overall production process and achieve targeted production
∎ Maintain the efficiency of machines & employees to ensure optimum utilization of Ball Pen capacity
∎ Monitor spare parts inventory to ensure minimum stock
∎ Take order schedule from marketing department through discussion
∎ Analyze data including production, productivity, quality and take corrective action
∎ Supervise all production processes, and adjust schedules when needed
∎ Raise requisition of raw materials & various chemicals of the Ball Pen factory through ERP and prepare daily & monthly production report
∎ Serve as a role model in promotion of safety awareness throughout the factory, promptly address safety concerns and perform safety inspections
∎ Conduct training for technical staffs
∎ Maintain liaison among different stakeholders

Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge on equipment such as Injection Molding Machines, Extrusion Machines, Shaving, Sub-Station, ATS, CCTV, Compressor machine etc.
∎ Knowledge on fire safety and security issues.
∎ Ability of hazards identification and risk management.
∎ Positive approach to critical situation Handling.
∎ Experience in Ball Pen manufacturing Industries.

Salary: Negotiable
