Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage daily schedules, operator shifts, and time-off requests.
∎ Assign duties to operators and oversee their progress.
∎ Ensure that daily sales/production goals are met.
∎ Train and integrate new workers
∎ Monthly raw material inventory
∎ Achieve hassle free plastic production
∎ Mold maintenance
∎ Raw material planning
∎ Achieve per kg production cost target
∎ Establish the highest level of discipline on production floors.
∎ Ensure proper housekeeping on production floors.
∎ Ensure a clean, safe, and secure floor environment
∎ Check attendance of floor staff and workers.
∎ Work for 100% capacity utilization and waste reduction
∎ Any other activities as directed by the Management.
∎ We are looking for an experienced and motivated Manager to lead our Production Department. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a background in production management, and the ability to oversee production processes while ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety.
∎ Routine/Regular Job:
