Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and implement the overall Procurement & supply chain strategy.
∎ Manage the entire process in the planning of procurement and supply chain activities, inventory control, logistics and distribution, ensuring effectively-functioning processes to avoid costly delays and lost opportunities.
∎ Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers and contractors that facilitate smooth flow of services.
∎ Determine key supply chain KPIs.
∎ Suggest solutions for process improvements.
∎ Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner.
∎ Train and evaluate others.
∎ Provide constructive feedback.
∎ Work with finance, sales, and manufacturing team to determine best vendors and distributors.
∎ Ensure timely preparation of procurement plans for projects and monitor their implementation by controlling processes including receipt of requisitions, receipt of quotations, bids and proposals, evaluation and negotiation of certain conditions of contracts basis on company's procurement Manual and the FRR
∎ Build and maintain good relationships with vendors.
∎ Lead the establishment and management of professional procurement services through Long Term Agreements.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual procurement plans and progress reports as required.
∎ Promote a zero-tolerance for violations of procurement policies and procedures.
∎ Any other job may be assigned by management time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Hands on experience with supply chain management software.
∎ Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company's success
∎ Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

∎ Good time-management skills
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skills
