Job Context:
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme`s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
∎ JOB PURPOSE: To provide documentation related support to project and maintain knowledge Management activities.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Keep documentation of regular project activities
∎ Create Knowledge Management Hub, maintain the hub and share with related stakeholders
∎ In collaboration with project team, assist to develop different planning and programme document
∎ Identify programme improvement area and help to design new improved one
∎ Maintain liaison with sector and Cox's Bazar team
∎ Prepare project progress report and finalize with senior management
∎ Prepare NGOAB documents
∎ Coordinate with donor, manage meetings and update project documents in the drive
Additional Requirements:
∎ Presentation Skill
∎ Public speaking & communication skill
∎ Skills in quality reports writing in English
∎ Proficiency in English language
∎ Report and proposal writing
∎ Translating skill from English to Bangla or vice versa
∎ Capable to work under pressure
∎ Minimum 3 years of working experience in relevant field is required
