Educational Requirements:
∎ BA/ Master’s Degree in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Dispatch, Production planning, Quality
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should be responsible for overall offset Printing dept.
∎ Following up the day to day Quality & Planning Activities.
∎ Leading a production team of 150 to 200 printing staffs in a Commercial Printing environment.
∎ Strongly & individually capable to do costing of Hang Tags, Photo boards etc.
∎ Following up the R&D activities.
∎ Guideline to the sourcing team for better materials & resources.
∎ Work with the cost reduction procedures.
∎ Co-ordinate with the graphics team with Planning & Execution team to fastening the pre-press activities.
∎ Attend Online & Offline meetings & seminar with different customers.
∎ Ensure safe and efficient utilization of human resources and machineries.
∎ Measuring and recording of machine efficiencies on daily basis and supplying reports to the Top Management.
∎ Analysis of Departmental records and recommending technical changes that have a bearing on productivity.
∎ Determine staff needs and recommend recruitment.
∎ Determine daily machines target, evaluate performance and recommend best operational procedures of each.
∎ Provide accurate information (feedback) both to Management and staff.
∎ Draw up training programmes for Apprentices and determine training needs for general staff.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Design/Printing/Publishing/Hang Tag/ Photo Board etc.
∎ Having work experience with H&M will get preferences.
