Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee and manage all printing-related issues including quality control, equipment maintenance, and staffing.
∎ Collect and manage orders from the market, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of all products.
∎ Develop and implement production processes to improve efficiency and productivity
∎ Lead and motivate teams to achieve optimal results, setting goals, and providing regular performance feedback.
∎ Maintain accurate records of all production activities, including inventory levels, production schedules, and quality control measures.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of all printing-related activities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Good communication skills
∎ Very good reporting skills
∎ Must be proactive

∎ Must be willing to work under pressure
