Job Context:
∎ Four H Group is one of the largest knit garments & fabrics manufacturing industries looking for a dynamic & energetic person who has to handle a challenging position having sufficient knowledge about various process of fabrics printing and finishing as well as fabric production, documentation, inventory & reporting.
∎ Job Location: Four H Dyeing & Printing Ltd., Arakan Road, Kalarpool, Capra, Patiya, Chattogram, Bangladesh.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall printing production.
∎ Liaising with production staff and providing technical advice regarding design, marking, etc.
∎ Creating product in response to give briefs.
∎ Rectifying design where necessary.
∎ Ensure fabric quality before delivery.
∎ Producing sample.
∎ Evaluating, identifying and selecting fabrics/products from suppliers (Either Internal or external supplier).
∎ Ensuring product meet set requirements and specifications (i.e.: Color fastness, durability etc).
∎ Checking products for suitability and testing for performance under various conditions.
∎ Controlling production and quality standards.
∎ Planning for execution as per buyer requirements to ensure quality.
∎ Solving any type of problem related with printing.
∎ Dealing with customer queries and complains.
∎ Keeping up to date with trends and innovation.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be proficient and fluent in English;
∎ Ability to work as a team.
∎ Ability to work under pressure;
∎ Must have excellent computer operating skill, particularly in MS Word, Excel and Power Point;
