We are dynamic & fast-growing ISP Company looking for experienced personnel in the position of Senior Manager, corporate sales to achieve a target oriented sales.
Job Responsibilities:
Applicant must be Smart, Energetic & Self-Motivated.
Practical Work experience in ISP and Telecom Sector on Data & Internet Connectivity.
Experienced & Excellent in English & Bangla Communication both in writing and Speaking.
Able to work under pressure, with the corporate manner, self-directed and multi tusker.
Lead, coach, and motivate the area sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.
Conduct regular training sessions to improve team skills in sales techniques,
Product knowledge, and customer handling.
Manage daily sales activities, route plans, and coverage for the team.
Promote and position ISP products and services effectively in the assigned area.
Ensure brand visibility through local marketing initiatives (e.g., banners, flyers, events).
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients (Corporate), local businesses, and partners.
Act as the main point of contact for major customers in the area.
Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions, including
custom ISP packages, corporate plans, or bulk connections.
Identify new sales opportunities, markets, and customer segments.
Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and digital
channels.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance; analyze results and
trends.
Manage area sales budgets, expense control, and resource allocation.
Liaise with technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery and issue resolution.
To perform any other responsibilities assigned by the Top Management.
Set clear performance goals.
Salary review based on performance 2 yearly.
