Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's in any discipline from reputed university with no third division in academic records.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain strong media relationships, particularly with Editors and Journalists of print, electronic and online to create a positive external and internal image associated with brand
∎ Prepare PR Calendar along with estimated valuation, and execute as per approved KPI for unpaid media
∎ Ensure regular media visit according to pre-approved projected journey plan
∎ Drafting of press release, advertorial, branded features and editorials both in Bangla and English
∎ Circulate and follow-up media releases in all media and ensure optimum media coverage according to given KPI
∎ Prepare talking-points for products & services, events and activities in accordance with Bank's media policy and guidelines
∎ Handle media and stakeholder queries according to management guidance
∎ Protocol duties as assigned by the Management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 05 (five) years working experience in PR Management in Bank /NBFI /Media Agency/ MNC /FMCG /Media Publications. Background of working in media / publications as journalist will be given preference.
∎ Knowledge, Competencies and Skills:
∎ Smart, Team player, paired with agile mindset and can-do attitude
∎ Good communication skill in Bangla and English
∎ Very good skills in MS Office
∎ Must be skilled in social media / online / web portal management.
