Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Develop and manage performance tools, processes, and programs
∎ • Translate company goals to individual goals and align efforts and outcomes
∎ • Develop Key Responsible Area ( KRA ) , Job Description & implementation .
∎ • Clearly communicate what success looks like for each part of the organization
∎ • Determine appropriate feedback systems for performance planning
∎ • Design and evaluate performance appraisal and tracking systems
∎ • Develop performance improvement plans, coaching agendas, training materials, and progress tracking methods
∎ • Assess and develop appropriate key performance indicators and performance goals for specific positions and departments
∎ • Ensure targeted communication and capacity building programs in the performance management process to enable managers to effectively evaluate and measure individual and team performance and to optimize performance and productivity.
∎ • Develop and communicate the strategic vision, scope, priorities, processes, systems and tools of the performance management unit.
∎ • Design, implement and manage organization-wide performance training/capacity building for all levels of employees
∎ • Collaborate and advise on the design of Human Resources Information System infrastructure required to support a Bank-wide performance system
∎ • In liaison with the Human Resources Business Partners, support the development and implementation of monitoring systems for Complex or departmental performance indicators and standards, including ensuring data quality and compliance with internal and external performance measurement requirements
∎ • Oversee the implementation of key performance measures, core competencies and core values into performance appraisal system.
∎ • Lead initiatives for introducing/maintaining best practices, including bench marking relevant policies and practices with similar organizations or market leaders, as may be approved from time to time
