Job Responsibilities:
∎ Depth Analyzing knowledge (pant & jacket) new styles and estimating the SMV, Target, manpower and machineries.
∎ Calculate costing SMV & produce data by carrying out by time study. Calculate Thread Consumption.
∎ Provide costing SMV information for the business development & merchandising team
∎ providing technical input on area's such a method handling construction machinery attachment & SMV during relevant pre-production & production meeting to facility the production process.
∎ Knowledge of work measurement, work place arrangement, target, technical layout of method analysis.
∎ Analyzed all departments lost time report's weekly/monthly & approach preventive action reports.
∎ Shall able to handle no of 21 production line independently.
∎ Must have capabilities production planning and coordination in the woven garments to ensuring optimum utilization of capacity, manpower, and equipment.
∎ Closely follow up the implementation operation of the plan in line with the Production Schedule.
∎ Prepare the machine loading plan keeping in view of its maximum capacity.
∎ Forecast and plan the in-housing of raw materials and different ancillaries to meet production schedules.
∎ Will have to remain always updated on production status and be capable to provide any information regarding the above issue.
∎ Maintain close relationships with operational teams (Production, Marketing & Merchandising, IE & others) to ensure on-time delivery of products.
∎ Carry out any other tasks assigned by the Head of the department & the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Work Study, Textile Engineering, Planning
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Garments-High SMV Jacket (Padded ;non-padded ; Quilting ;Fake down ; Trenchcoated ; 2 in 1 ,reversible ) ;Bottom .
∎ Knowledge in constructions, (Chino,Cargo,long,Short) pant, especially in ladies/men's wear(Padded, Fake down,Quilted,Twill jacket) and will be familiar with sampling, patterns, garment constructions and safety.
∎ Effective communication and possess interpersonal and presentation skills.
∎ Display effective time management and skill prioritization capabilities and will be able to effectively work under pressurized circumstances.
∎ He should be able to communicate in English both Written and Oral in a good level.
∎ Dynamic, proactive, assertive and independent and forward-thinking can-do attitude, you will be a team player.
