Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in IPE, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile Engineering, Masters degree in any discipline

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate should have experience in Fast React planning in any composite knit factory.
∎ Candidate will be responsible for making effective monthly Production Planning and coordination of the received orders in consultation & coordination with Marketing & Merchandising, IE, Production and other relevant departments of the company. He will have to always maintain effective production plan by taking consideration of excellent standard efficiency level.
∎ Follow up inspection & on time shipment to ensure the planning KPI is on track.
∎ Highlight production anomalies & suggest for needful steps to concern management.
∎ Ensure the accurate & optimal capacity planning, while ensuring cost reduction & increased profitability.
∎ Reviewing production plan with capacity and strength along with ensuring timely shipment through strong production follow-up
∎ Close relationship with operational/production teams to ensure on time delivery of products & optimal utilization of equipment & manpower.
∎ Reviewing production plan time to time with capacity & strength along with ensuring timely shipment targets to avoid any unwanted situation
∎ Manage production planning staff and scheduling of raw material to meet production schedules with coordination relevant department.
∎ Always be updated on production status whether it is meeting the production plan or not, if not then make a route cause analysis and give quick solution for a smooth operation with consulting Operational Head.
∎ Analyze and evaluation of production plans and present operational performances when if required.
∎ Ensure the quality and integrity of data flow between ERP modules.
∎ Any other assignment given by the management time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Ability to work in a team with a strong focus on results.
∎ Good knowledge & skills in computer, ERP, Fast-react software.
∎ Strong leadership, team management, problem solving and multitasking skill.
∎ Must have the ability to monitor and inspire team members to achieve the set plan
∎ Strong technical knowledge in Planning system & control of plan.
