• MCIPS certification or CIPS training is preferred.

• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to manage large-scale documentation and maintain compliance standards

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

• Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple priorities.

• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to execution

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of supplier contracts- including drafting, negotiation, approval, execution, renewal, and closure- for Product & Technology suppliers.

• Collaborate with SC&P and Legal to ensure contract accuracy, risk mitigation, and policy compliance

• Review and validate supplier Statements of Work (SOW) for clarity, completeness, and alignment with project goals.

• Advise stakeholders and suppliers on contract terms, SOW content, and compliance matters.

• Ensure governance, regulatory compliance, and secure documentation across all supplier agreements.

• Publish contract status reports highlighting key risks, deliverables, and pending actions.

• Support audits and reviews by facilitating documentation and data sharing.

• Oversee Core Platform Change Requests (CRs), including FRS locking, man-day tracking, stakeholder coordination, and delivery follow-up.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to align procurement, contracting, and change request processes.

• Identify and mitigate risks related to supplier contracts and platform changes.
