Job Context:
∎ The main responsibility of this position is to manage and ensure end-to-end contract management support for P&T contracts. This position will ensure all the supplier contracts are in place with necessary clauses, SLA, and other requirements. The Contract Manager will work directly with end-users, vendors, cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables are covered under the applicable scope of signed contacts. He or she will conduct post-contract review to identify improvement scopes in contracts and drive initiatives to implement those improvement scopes. Where necessary, new contracts will be signed to cover all services received by bKash from service providers.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The major task of the role is to conduct post-PO review and initiate contract and end to end drive its management.
∎ Organize and monitor all arrangements with service providers in terms of PO, LOA, etc. to ensure valid contracts are in place with them
∎ Manage and guide change request with regard to contract amendments with the help of respective contract management team and user departments
∎ Contract Administration which includes record update, identify contracts with expiration and execution date, contract segregation as per vendor, service, etc., maintaining and
∎ updating database which includes contract amendment and addendum records etc.
∎ Review contracts in light of model contract prepared for bKash Technology and checklist
∎ Nature of Service mapping for individual contracts
∎ Identify risk areas, improvement scopes in the technology contracts
∎ Summarize findings, risk and impact analysis
∎ Share findings with respective users, conduct the understanding session, and align
∎ stakeholders to implement changes in the contract
∎ Share findings and recommendations with supply chain, follow up assistance to ensure on-time implementation of the contract upgradations
∎ Identify and manage a database of list of POs or work orders which are outside of the contract scope
∎ Incorporate those work orders under the contract, if necessary prepare a frame
∎ contract against which the future work orders will be awarded.
∎ SLA review and ensure proper KPI along with LD clauses in the contract
∎ For new services, review SOW and provide constructive feedback
∎ In terms of issue and dispute, provide resolution in light of contract or agreement
∎ Create a continuous process of contract governance and compliance in place
Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge of Contract clauses, drafting and managing
∎ Communication and stakeholder management skills
∎ Experience in managing service providers
∎ Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
∎ Detail orientation, Focus on timely delivery
∎ Strong working knowledge of Microsoft word, excel etc.
∎ Excellent documentation skills.
∎ Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
