Education:
- Bachelor/Honors
- Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Industrial/Packaging/Printing Engineering.
- PG Diploma in Packaging (preferred).

Additional Requirements:
- Age 32 to 40 years
- Only Male
7–10 years of experience in paper packaging (production or plant management).
Experience working with FMCG, Garments, Export, or Manufacturing sectors is a plus.
Responsibilities & Context:
Plan and manage production schedules for timely output.
Monitor machinery performance and coordinate maintenance.
Ensure compliance with product quality and industry standards.
Reduce waste and improve raw material utilization (kraft paper, liner, adhesives, etc.).
Supervise packaging design development based on client needs.
Implement process improvements (Lean, 5S, Kaizen).
Maintain health, safety, and environmental compliance.
Manage production staff and shift supervisors.
Liaise with Sales, SCM, QA, and Finance teams for smooth operations.
Track KPIs and generate regular performance reports.
Ensure documentation and reporting through ERP or Oracle systems.
