Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Drive sales growth by identifying potential clients, promoting both paper and carton packaging solutions, and maintaining strong business relationships.
∎ Sell and market paper products such as Color Medium 150 GSM, CMO 100 GSM, Medium 120 GSM, Tanvir Sizing 150 GSM, and YPM Sizing 150 GSM to various industries.
∎ Promote and sell corrugated master cartons, including 3-ply, 5-ply, and 7-ply, ensuring they meet customers' packaging needs.
∎ Develop new business opportunities by researching industry trends, analyzing competitors, and evaluating potential clients' positions in the market.
∎ Establish and nurture relationships with prospects by understanding their needs and recommending suitable paper and carton solutions.
∎ Provide excellent customer support by offering guidance, sharing insights, and suggesting profit and service improvements.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends to identify product improvement opportunities and propose innovative packaging solutions.
∎ Prepare sales reports and presentations by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing key market data.
∎ Ensure quality service standards by following company policies, enforcing operational best practices, and maintaining accurate records.
∎ Process Oracle sales orders, generate invoices, and create monthly sales lists to ensure smooth transaction management.
∎ Participate in trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings to showcase paper and carton products, generate leads, and expand brand presence.
∎ Monitor sales performance and take proactive measures to achieve and exceed targets.
