∎ Develop and execute monthly sales plans to achieve assigned targets.
∎ Monitor and oversee all sales activities while effectively managing the sales team.
∎ Implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and business expansion.
∎ Lead, train, and mentor the sales team to improve performance and goal achievement.
∎ Foster strong relationships with customers to enhance business retention and growth.
∎ Conduct market analysis and track competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
∎ Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.
∎ Prepare and present sales reports, performance updates, and forecasts to senior management.
∎ Manage sales budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
∎ Utilize Oracle software for sales data management and reporting.
