Responsibilities & Context: Job Context
Fresh SuperMart, a retail chain under Meghna Group of Industries (MGI), is expanding its footprint by launching new outlets at Metro Rail stations. These outlets will provide customers with a convenient and high-quality shopping experience, offering a wide range of FMCG products, including groceries, beverages, and snacks. MGI is seeking a highly capable and dynamic Outlet Manager who will take overall responsibility for leading, guiding, and managing the performance of multiple outlets. The ideal candidate will uphold service standards, enhance customer experience, and drive operational excellence across the entire retail network.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee overall outlet operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and consistent performance across all locations.
- Monitor daily sales and implement strategies to achieve business targets and enhance store growth.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and team coordination to ensure adequate coverage and uninterrupted operations.
- Supervise inventory control and stock movement to prevent shortages, overstock, and operational disruptions.
- Conduct regular outlet visits to evaluate store performance, customer service quality, and overall brand presentation.
- Train, motivate, and mentor outlet staff to improve productivity, operational discipline, and customer engagement.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies and operational standards to maintain consistent performance across all outlets.
- Address operational issues and customer concerns promptly to maintain service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with procurement, supply chain, and sales teams to ensure timely product availability and smooth operations.
- Oversee financial compliance and reporting processes, ensuring accurate sales, inventory, and operational reports are prepared and submitted to management.
