Job Context

Fresh SuperMart, a retail chain under Meghna Group of Industries (MGI), is expanding its footprint by launching new outlets at Metro Rail stations. These outlets will offer customers a convenient, high-quality shopping experience with a wide range of FMCG products, including groceries, beverages, and snacks. MGI is seeking for Manager- Operation (Food and Beverage) to oversee beverage, pastry, and fast-food operations across all outlets, ensuring consistent quality, hygiene, staff efficiency, and smooth, profitable F&B operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Food and Beverage operations across all outlets to ensure consistent quality, hygiene, and service standards.

• Develop and implement operational processes for beverages, pastries, and fast-food items to optimize efficiency and customer experience.

• Train, mentor, and monitor staff in beverage preparation, pastry handling, and fast-food service to maintain high standards.

• Manage inventory and stock control for all F&B items, including procurement, storage, and usage monitoring to minimize waste.

• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and SOPs to meet regulatory and company standards.

• Monitor outlet performance and customer feedback to implement improvements and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure timely availability of ingredients and F&B supplies.

• Prepare operational and performance reports related to F&B outlets for management review.

• Resolve operational challenges and staff or customer issues efficiently to maintain smooth operations.
