Job Context
Fresh SuperMart, a retail chain under Meghna Group of Industries (MGI), is expanding its footprint by launching new outlets at Metro Rail stations. These outlets will offer customers a convenient, high-quality shopping experience with a wide range of FMCG products, including groceries, beverages, and snacks. MGI is seeking for Manager- Operation (Food and Beverage) to oversee beverage, pastry, and fast-food operations across all outlets, ensuring consistent quality, hygiene, staff efficiency, and smooth, profitable F&B operations.
Job Responsibilities
Lead and supervise Food and Beverage operations across all outlets to ensure consistent quality, hygiene, and service standards.
Develop and implement operational processes for beverages, pastries, and fast-food items to optimize efficiency and customer experience.
Train, mentor, and monitor staff in beverage preparation, pastry handling, and fast-food service to maintain high standards.
Manage inventory and stock control for all F&B items, including procurement, storage, and usage monitoring to minimize waste.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and SOPs to meet regulatory and company standards.
Monitor outlet performance and customer feedback to implement improvements and enhance customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure timely availability of ingredients and F&B supplies.
Prepare operational and performance reports related to F&B outlets for management review.
Resolve operational challenges and staff or customer issues efficiently to maintain smooth operations.
