Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sales Execution:
∎ Manage and ensure Meena Sweets sales forecast process on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
∎ Analyze sales figures and forecast future sales of the outlet of Meena Sweets & Confectioneries and also for product.
∎ Perform comprehensive market analysis by providing guidelines about market trends and develop marketing strategies for intensive products.
∎ Managing & motivating a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency.
∎ Outlet & Inventory Management:
∎ Oversee the outlet operations of Meena Sweets for efficient operations and take initiatives to ensure adherence to quality standards and profitability across all outlet activities.
∎ Establish product handling and storage policy and procedures; develop processes for receiving product, equipment utilization.
∎ Managing stock levels and making key decisions about inventory control, protecting stock loss & wastage.
∎ Establish operational policy, procedures with strategies to meet outlet quality standards.
∎ Identify potential area for outlet establishment and competently execute the outlet opening to till end operation.
∎ Identify new trends and dynamics of other competitors within the marketplace in relation to operations and provide recommendations on how to leverage those.
∎ People Management:
∎ Conduct recruitment & selection, grooming, performance reviews and discipline of employees.
∎ Play active role in preparing manpower planning and ensure optimum utilization of manpower.
∎ Facilitate and conduct periodical training to all outlet employees by identifying training needs and evaluate the effectiveness of training.
∎ Customer Management:
∎ Take ownership of customers issues and follow up their requirements, complaints and offer solutions accordingly.
∎ Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and keep accurate records and documents of customers.
∎ Ensuring standards for quality, customer service and promote safe and healthy food handling from receiving to customer's basket.
∎ Budget & Management:
∎ Forecast requirements, prepare an annual budget, schedule expenditures, analyze variances with initiating corrective actions.
∎ Plan cost effective ways to run day to day outlet operations of Meena Sweets & Confectioneries.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 8-10 years' work experience is required for this position. At least 3 years' experience as Manager, Operations in a reputed organization will get preference.
∎ Additional Requirement:
∎ The incumbent must have to be align and agile with job responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.
∎ The incumbent need to be proactive to visit the outlets and constantly monitor the performance of outlets.
∎ Excellent analytical ability, interpersonal skills, leadership skills, negotiation skills are required for the position.
∎ Excellent communication & presentation skills are required.
∎ Self-driven and innovative attitude.
∎ The incumbent has to be very proactive in nature with dynamic managerial skills.
∎ Computer literacy in MS Office & Outlook.
