• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in operational software and logistics management tools.

Job Description:

Express One Ltd., a leading courier service company, is seeking an experienced Manager of Operations to oversee our Chittagong branch`s day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of our delivery and logistics operations, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery, Return & Pick of parcels of the Chittagong branch

• Monitor delivery performance and address any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Creating daily operational reports for management.

• Monitoring the performance based on assigned task for employees.

• Conduct training and performance evaluations for riders.

• Manage a team of delivery personnel and support staff.

• Address any issues related to rider performance, conduct, or equipment.

• Coordinate with the central office to align hub activities with company goals.

• Oversee the cash flow process related to deliveries.

• Ensure accurate and timely transfer of cash receipts to the accounts department.

• Lead and motivate the hub team to achieve operational excellence.

• Maintaining Standard Operating Procedure.

• Organize and supervise duty roaster.

• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.

• Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices.

• Implement policies and protocols to maintain smooth operations.
