Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc. in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise daily operational activities & maintain proper communication along with sales distribution, logistics, and finance teams.
∎ Organize the daily operational activities and distribute all operational work among subordinates & supervisors.
∎ Follow the proper practice of SOP for all types of machinery & operations.
∎ Monitor log sheets & schedule maintenance of LPG pumps, Compressors, Air Compressors, Generators, and other instruments.
∎ Ensure periodical inspections of various safety and lifesaving equipment, firefighting equipment, gas detectors, flame detectors, smoke detectors, etc.
∎ Coordinate HSE training of employees to ensure competency of the workforce.
∎ Guide LPG plant personnel with safety briefings and toolbox talks.
∎ Observe & take corrective action on any maintenance works in the LPG network, Firefighting system, and utility system of the plant.
∎ Monitor the housekeeping program to consistently improve its standards.
∎ Manage the monthly sales demands of domestic & industries for LPG Cylinder.
∎ Implement LPG unloading checklist, procedure, and documentation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ The candidates having related experience in renowned LPG plant
∎ The candidates having knowledge of ERP software.
∎ Having a good understanding of the Microsoft office program.
