Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure proper installation, erection, commissioning, and maintenance of the Solar Power Plant.
∎ Ensure daily operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the Solar Power Plant.
∎ Plan, design, execute and supervise the daily routine work of site operation and maintenance.
∎ Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and quality or safety standards for solar installation work.
∎ Maintain and update plant operation records and prepare all required reports on plant operation.
∎ Prepare daily maintenance report, safety spare parts stock report, and PR analysis report.
∎ Monitor manpower utilization, supervise the team, and bring out the highest output from the team.
∎ Monitor and follow up daily maintenance schedules and logbooks that detail all repairs and checks performed and record operational data.
∎ Develop an effective plan and implementation of preventive and periodic maintenance schedules for all electrical equipment.
∎ Maintain proper documentation process for machinery maintenance.
∎ Follow up all compliance for the factory as per high standard EHS regulations and practices on site.
∎ Report to the line manager about the site condition & performance as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in Power Systems or Solar Engineering is highly desirable.
∎ Proficiency with industry-standard software (i.e PVSyst, HelioScope, pvPLanner, AutoCAD, etc., and Microsoft Office Suite)
∎ Strong knowledge of PV components and related manufacturers.
∎ Technically sound in Solar Plant drawing, design, selection of panels, inverter, cable, etc.
∎ Motorbike driving capability.
