• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• B.Sc. in Textile Engineering from reputed University.

• Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.

• Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work

• Participate to PP meeting to identify the risk of all new styles. Work with pre-production team to mitigate identified risk at the PP stage.

• Make sure all bulk sewing methods before line feeding.

• Ensure required input available in the factory for smooth production.

• Ensure to start sewing as per Plan Sewing Date (PSD).

• Make sure all built-in Quality processes are performing according to ISO:QMS.

• Ensure production and on time shipment as per plan.

• Follow up hourly production to make sure operation is running as per plan.

• Make sure to hand over garments before PFD to finishing.

• Ensure RM utilization as per plan.

• Monitor the DHU report to identify the continues defects and work with respective Production team get the correctively.

• Work with respective cross functional teams on corrective actions of any failure found it above processes.

• Buying office Inline inspection findings should discuss with cross functional teams to get the corrective actions.

• Make sure there are no unplan OT due to operational issues.

• Lead, motivate, train and appraise subordinates to accomplish business goal.

• Follow up the Executives & Supervisors Daily routine & their work actions Ensure compliance with Epyllion Group policies, Buyer requirements and laws of the Land.

• Ensure Functional reporting, goal alignment & performance evaluation process (Monthly touch base).

• Drive KAIZAN culture, Perform daily GEMBA walk & conduct process audit.

• Report any process deviation and take corrective action with team.

• Perform plan problem solving & continuous improvement session weekly with the Team members.

• Maintain required MIS report. (Management Information System).

• Maintain Cut to ship ratio and Order to ship ratio.

• Focus on customer process audit results and ensure corrective action plan.
