Responsibilities & Context

One of the leading overseas manpower recruitment companies in Bangladesh is seeking an experienced Manager to take full responsibility for overseeing and controlling all company operations. The Manager will lead the organization, ensure smooth daily activities, and maintain communication and liaison with local and international clients, partners, ministries and other government/non- government offices. The candidate must possess strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

 

The role includes handling contracts and agreements related to both domestic and international partners, maintaining coordination with relevant institutions, and managing overall business and legal affairs of the company. The role also includes supervising and providing direction to all departments, managing staffs, handling client relations, overseeing documentation and transactions, and ensuring the overall efficient operation of the company.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the overall operations of the company, ensuring effective administrative and business management across all departments.

  • Plan, manage, and supervise all manpower activities, including sourcing, recruitment, processing, deployment, and follow-up of workers.

  • Coordinate and maintain liaison with Ministries, Government offices, Embassies, and regulatory authorities related to manpower and recruitment activities.

  • Collaborate with the departments such as Marketing, Processing, Mobilization, HR-Admin, and Accounts for seamless workflow.

  • Supervise all departments, staff, clients, and candidates to ensure discipline, efficiency, and high-quality service delivery.

  • Maintain professional communication and correspondence with international clients, agents, and overseas partners.

  • Monitor and control all financial transactions, documentation, and operational records with accuracy, transparency, and accountability.

  • Prepare, review, and approve official letters, agreements, applications, and reports in both Bangla and English.

  • Ensure proper maintenance, security, and confidentiality of all company files, records, and documents.

  • Provide daily reporting to the Managing Director of marketing and operational updates.

  • Perform all strategic, executive, and administrative responsibilities required for the full control, growth, and development of the company as directed by the authority.
