Experience Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of practical experience in Food & Beverage operations in the hotel or club sector

A Renowned Organization, Noakhali Club Dhaka Limited, is looking for competent professionals for its Restaurant Department.

Office Hour: 12:00 PM to 11:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee overall Food & Beverage operations efficiently

• Ensure high standards of food quality and customer service

• Monitor daily sales, stock, and operational activities

• Maintain hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards

• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations

• Handle customer feedback and resolve service-related issues effectively

• Prepare operational reports and submit regular management updates

• Control food costs, minimize wastage, and manage inventory efficiently

• Train, supervise, and motivate service staff to improve performance

• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures

• As per company policy
