• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• Age 24 to 35 years

• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers. (Both written and spoken in Bengali and English)

• Excellent computer skills (MS Office-Word Excel Power Point & Chat Gpt)

• Must have the mindset to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.

• Must have computer knowledge

• Must have the mental strength to take on the challenges of responsible work

• Must be aware of professionalism and punctuality

• Must have tele sales skills

• Must be articulate and sociable

• Minimum three years working experience required

• Applicant must understand electronic devices

• Team Management & early morning meeting.
• Client Management.
• Preparing daily/weekly/monthly reports and submitting them regularly to concerned authorities.
• Providing sales and technical support to all team members to meet progress towards achieving sales targets.
• Providing after sales service through tale-sales or directly.
• Taking an effective role in increasing the positive list of investments through team work.

• Must be commerce background or able to organize general accounts.
• The candidate will need to visit the Grameen Project in Bogura twice a month. Therefore, they must have the mindset and willingness to stay in a rural environment in Bogura.
