Job Context

The General Manager (GM) will act as a key senior management position responsible for overseeing the overall operational, administrative, and business functions of the organization. This role requires strong leadership to ensure efficient execution of real estate and housing development projects while maintaining coordination across all departments.

The GM will work directly under the Managing Director and will be accountable for translating company strategies into actionable operational plans, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning and long-term business growth.

This position demands a highly experienced professional with strong knowledge of real estate development, project management, team leadership, and corporate administration.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the overall daily operations of the company

  • Supervise real estate, housing, and land development projects from planning to execution

  • Coordinate all departments including administration, sales, marketing, accounts, and customer service

  • Ensure timely implementation of projects and monitor field-level activities

  • Develop and execute operational plans aligned with company strategy

  • Monitor employee performance and ensure productivity across departments

  • Maintain effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and business partners

  • Liaise with government offices, regulatory bodies, and financial institutions when required

  • Prepare periodic operational reports and submit updates to top management

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements

  • Support the Managing Director in strategic planning and business development initiatives

  • Resolve operational issues and ensure smooth workflow across the organization

  • Maintain discipline, professionalism, and corporate standards within the company
