Coordinate the day's tasks among supervisors and staff.
Conduct regular site walkthroughs and physically verify standards.
Ensure staff comply with reporting, safety, attendance, and SOP requirements.
Maintain records of incidents, defects, inspections, and manpower issues.
Handle immediate service complaints and support service recovery.
