Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for implementation of OH&S management system and Company guidelines & norms.
∎ Responsible for the timely setting of safety guidelines with reference to Bangladesh Labor Act-2006 for PPE
∎ Timely preparation of reports complying with group guieline and statutory requirements
∎ Timely and successful implementation of various training and awareness programs for employees and workers in the company.
∎ Monitoring employees of all levels adhere to safety procedures.
∎ Inter-departmental coordination.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Internet
∎ Passion about Safety
∎ Attention to detail
∎ Planning and co-ordination + Result orientation + Process orientation
∎ Initiative + Willingness to take additional work
∎ Ability to work in teams
