Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Database Engineer/ Database Programmer, Dotnet Core, Mobile apps developer, Network Engineer/ Network Administrator, Programmer/ Software Engineer
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Banks, Design/Printing/Publishing, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement standardized MIS procedures, policies across all business units of the group.
∎ Assist in identifying and analyzing the requirements of management and convert them into software development specifications so the organization can adopt data-driven decision making.
∎ Lead the existing software and MIS team to work collectively and efficiently.
∎ Help and guide the team in design and development applications with ASP.NET, C#.NET, C++, SQL Server.
∎ Monitoring project task deadlines and review to ensure timely delivery.
∎ Help the MIS team in analyzing the reports and provide domain knowledge to software development team in digitalization of SOPs, operations and processes.
∎ Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement and developing and implementing software solutions.
∎ Prepare ad hoc reports based on the requirements from the management, or different SBUs and as per changes in business requirements.
∎ Develop and maintain mobile applications.
∎ Ensure stable operation/ upgradation of Network/ Hardware and Systems/ Databases of the group.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 03 years work experience in Managerial position.
∎ Excellent team player.
∎ Strong interpersonal communication skills. Capable to pleasantly interact with different level of staffs.
∎ Excellent knowledge of English and Bengali is essential.
