Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc) in CSE, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in MIS/Finance/Economics from any reputed University
∎ Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) is preferable
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Information Security, IT Enabled Service, IT System Management, Management Information System
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Computer Hardware/Network Companies, Group of Companies, IT Enabled Service, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the MIS team and ensure better utilization of people, processes and technologies to ensure better outcome of the business.
∎ Develop & implement MIS policies to ensure data accuracy and security.
∎ Develop & implement standardized MIS procedures across all business applications.
∎ Plan and manage software and hardware installations.
∎ Develop process improvements for increased efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
∎ Perform periodic maintenance and servicing of MIS system to improve operational efficiency.
∎ Conduct training on MIS activities to increase staff expertise.
∎ Supervise and motivate MIS team to work collectively and efficiently.
∎ Recommend and implement new technology solutions to improve productivity.
∎ Collect necessary specifications for each department and make sure that their requirements are met.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Expertise in planning and maintaining enterprise hardware and software.
∎ Ability to accept challenges and tackle difficult situations and meet the expected goals.
∎ Focused on best practices and models that are used in the industry and can help meet the expectations of the employees.
∎ Good project management skills and ability to pay attention to the qualitative and quantitative aspects.
∎ Experienced in managing information systems projects.
∎ Tech savvy, Innovative, Proactive & Hard working.
