• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
• Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

• Age At least 35 years
• Only Male

• Hands-on expertise in smooth ERP implementation and integration across complex business environments, experience in web and mobile application development, database programming, network and server administration, QA/DevOps, and security management.        

• Proven experience in Manufacturing (FMCG), Design/Printing/Publishing, or Pharmaceutical industries is a plus. 

• Excellent communication skills in English and Bengali for effective interactions with diverse teams and management.·

•  Strong interpersonal skills, collaborative attitude, and leadership qualities.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.

• Lead the implementation of ERP software across group companies, ensuring smooth parallel runs and seamless data migration. Manage regular backups, system maintenance, and enhancements.

• Provide timely and effective help desk support to users of ERP, mobile applications, and MIS software aligned with business needs.

• Ensure the stable operation, upgrades, procurement, and management of network infrastructure, hardware, systems, and databases across the organization.

• Develop and enforce MIS policies that guarantee data accuracy, integrity, security, and redundancy.

• Establish standardized MIS procedures, reporting protocols, and policies across all business units to support consistent and reliable information flow.

• Monitor project progress and assign tasks to ensure timely delivery within defined timelines.

• Evaluate existing business processes, anticipate future requirements, and implement technology solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.

• Provide regular updates to management on departmental activities, achievements, and challenges.

• Recommend and introduce new technology solutions to improve operational effectiveness.

• Support process control and management across departments, including Sales, Marketing, Distribution, Production, Inventory, Accounting, and Administration.
